From 1st October, companies are going to start charging the Earth for the energy we need to heat our homes. Darren has long been calling on the Government to make UK homes more energy efficient. Improving the energy efficiency of our homes would mean we need to buy less energy to stay warm, so lower bills – and we would reduce our carbon footprint, too.
